Every single singer out there has had bad vocal performances. The voice isn't always going to be a perfect instrument and that's the beauty of it. As an Adult, Brandy is a beast more often than anything else and that's a testament to her abilities and training

How many times do we have to spell out that she SANG during the self-titled era and before it?

Your point was that people didn't know Brandy could sing based on NSN lives and we agree. We're saying that if they dug into her pre NSN lives they would have seen otherwise. And her NSN vocals were never bad, just not up to par with what she could do. What's not clicking?

If Brandy died at 22, she wouldn't have been a SINGER at that point imo either.  Her live performances used to be quite bad

But she had SINGER performances prior to her current state at that time. Out of 3 eras, at least one should be able to solidify this.
