I'm not understanding why this is so difficult to grasp. Her debut vocals were stellar then she had some inconsistent vocals during NSN. She's NEVER sounded bad tho.

Aaliyah had similar DECENT performances.  NONE of Brandy's performances were really good live until she got GROWN grown

I will say, u did like ADC on Jay Leno. She did that. Similar to Aaliyahs One I gave my heart to on MTV. One in a Damn million INDEED! But not consistently good at all and DEFINITELY not great
