I don't know why so many of you want her to go independent, when you are the same people who will complain if the songs don't chart well...
The industry is set up in a way that practically requires major label backing if an artist has any hopes of their song charting well or even getting played on radio at all. That's just 1 of the reasons the music industry is in shambles. She can maybe make her music independently (still hard to do), but she needs a major label to distribute it, and I am 100% sure she will have one. Even though she will say she just wants to make the music she wants and doesn't care about success, she does. She wants her shit heard by as many people as possible, just like every other singer. Don't worry, Brandy's next album is not getting distributed by Knockout Entertainment LOL
