as i suspected, the atmosphere he's putting out is CONFUSING to customers.
branding is like, a whole thing.
little things matter and sends messages to your customers. whether it be the music playing or the decor.
it's like he wants to be upscale, but play Juvenile's greatest hits, and demand class, and pass out Petron shots all at the same time.
sdsdsdsdssdsd it's a new restaurant. i didn't know that but now that I do it makes a whole lot more sense.
he may still be trying to "find" the groove for the place.
he's only 3 months into the business and is already going viral for MESS. but it's to be expected when you're putting out so many different "vibes" at once.
unfortunately he will continue to get this weirdly mixed crowd of people and have this problem until he settles down on wtf he wants the establishment to stand for.
