Yup Healthy And Greasy

im healthy 6 days a week then on my 7th day i pig out im talking ox tails stewed chicken 5 cheese baked Marconi cheese all made from scratch yams some times ill do jerk chicken and curry coat i made some clams the other night to with with a tangy but sweet sauce.
