i def think it's about the type of black hetero men you're exposed to
there def are whole bullies out there but i know a lot of upstanding, sexually secure hetero Black men who are cool as fuck
i don't sit back and let people bash Black women as a whole without getting my jabs in
i def don't let people sit back and bash gay Black men as a whole either without letting them know wtf is WHAT
i just keep that same energy for black hetero men too.
the problem is that so many black hetero assholes have huge platforms and give the others a bad name
but then there's no denying the day to day experiences of women and gay black men in the hood - misogynist and homophobic attacks on those groups at the hands of hetero black men that cannot be ignored or denied
but i just can't sit back and watch ANY of us be generalized so negatively or attacked. i keep that same energy for everyone in the blk community.
