The first half of this isn't true... Men who insert their penis unprotected in an anus are susceptible to UTIs it's just not as common as women getting it. UTIs are mainly caused by E.Coli and E.Coli can be found in the lining of the intestines and poop so sticking around down there increases the chances of a guy getting it.
