an investigation is usually part of the process for any large company....but the fact that sharon is even in this process should have her shakin in her boots a bit.

im pretty sure that's what prompted her apology. she knows what time it is.

we're in an era where edginess from employees can definitely affect a company's money
and at the end of the day  a liability is a liability.

we see what happened with Roseanne.
her racism was way more direct though, which left plenty of room for IMMEDIATE dismissal.
they have to look into these claims on Sharon because it's a lot more subtle.
