Well her dad made the court add to the conservatorship "rules" that if Britney is in the hospital/ medical care somwhere, that they can have bodyguards and hospital personnel assigned to make sure she doesn't leave, make any phone calls and they are allowed to restrain her if needed. This is in the public records and sounds very abusive imo. She's probably scared they'll lock her up in a psych ward for good.
