He is not seen as a serious artist like the other acts. He has more of a kiddie bop Tyga appeal. Not all the way, but he def does not have the Talib Kweli edge of Kendrick or Cole

I definitely think Wale and Big Sean could be standing up there next to these guys. I think Wale's affiliation with Rick Ross and Meek hurt him a bit. He should've stayed on his own or built a lane outside of that and thrived.
