It all depends on which area you live in though.
But def $1500+ in desirable neighborhoods closer to trains, and the city.

But when I visit other places, even back to my HOMETOWN, I'm always ready to get the fuck back to the city after a few days. I personally can not stand NYC for more than 24 hours. I love the diversity but I can?t with all the movement noise trash and traffic. I?m completely a suburban dude. I live 35 mins from the city and don?t enjoy venturing it. I feel like it?s either a place you can live or can not there is no in between.

I have to experience ATL a little bit more before I can give a fair opinion.
