Did this with my clinical director, she was pissed, and I ended up quitting in the long run. Her organization ended up getting reviewed by an ethical board and the president had to resign lolz

Someone saying I speak articulately isn?t an act of aggression. I used to take that as a compliment, but now I use it to ask questions that hopefully start meaningful conversations that dispel stereotypes. I chalk up these ?microaggressions? as people being unfamiliar with common tropes in other cultural backgrounds.

Yeah that's a real ass concern too. The YT folks know people of color are more in need of maintaining their jobs to survive.
I think that's also a major issue here in certain settings but there are so many organizations out here that it's hard to really block someone based on anecdotal info.
