I just cut out carbs for dinner, only lean protein and veggies
I wanna cut out liquor too but this summer is not helping that

This is where I'm at, I have no problem bulking. Gotta lay off the carbs to get back to 6% percent fat

Girl....working at a tech company that caters food every damn day don't make it any easier too. I've been having salads for lunch and I try to switch it up. Some day shrimp some day chicken. And then they throw a fucking bread on the side

I was in the military and have a personal trainer now. They usually just measure your neck, waist line and height to get body fat. It's an equation. And a more in detail one will measure your biceps and thighs also.
