That was her choice to be done, but now she has to live with consequences of that choice.
I agree with everything Monique says, other than the fact that she blames black people for a systems that has been created by White People. It is hard for Whoop, Oprah, Steve or Tyler to feel sympathy when they also had to go through the same systems. She said Oprah offered to send her jet to fly her to Cannes to make it easier on her.
Black women work 10x as hard to get 1/10 the pay, this is not changing anytime soon. The issue is that Monique has isolated this into a Hollywood issue, when these issues exist in EVERY industry.
