In my mind nicki is the lowest but idk if that's because I kinda hate her.  I feel like Shakira is someone Americans would say is the lowest but lowkey she's probably smashing this list. 

How do y'all think the ranking would pan out if we did US instead of globally?

I believe most of the women listed are grammy winners. Whoever doesn't have one can be last. 
This is my pass to say WHATEVER tf I wanna say about the mess she releases so I don't wanna hear SHIT! Baby mama is a mess of a song btw
