I see people in here talking about housing authorities and institutionalized this and that, and while that plays a role, NONE of it makes someone pull a trigger. We need to care more about unity amongst ourselves more than how Bill put Malik down the street from me so we can fight. You cannot blame it all on the citizens, and you also cant just blame it on racism. A lot of these people really are mindless idiots who dont care about shit.
