They really need to establish some house rules for group meetings and recording sessions.
That would be my first implementation as Quee.
No talking without holding [whatever prop]. Shut tf up and listen without interrupting.
All recording decisions (songs, vocals, parts, writing) are put to a vote with majority rules.
You forfeit your vote if you are late to recording or don't participate.
