I watched with a friend I was so hesitant but I see why Aretha wanted her. She did her thang she's a good actress but I wished she just lipped Aretha vocals cause ......it sounded like J HUD trying to cover Aretha

I watched with a friend I was so hesitant but I see why Aretha wanted her. She did her thang she's a good actress but I wished she just lipped Aretha vocals cause ......it sounded like J HUD trying to cover Aretha 

See and THIS is exactly my issue and why im not gungho. Cause I don't even think Jennifer is a good actress like that,  so the music would be the saving grace for me.  In my mind,  she's not capable of a Jamie in ray mess where she just EMBODIES Aretha. I've had a couple people tell me it was pretty good tho,  so imma see it.
