The song hit #2 in Germany and was #22 on their year end chart

I'm from Germany and this is not correct.
It charted on MTV Germany's "black charts" which is not linked to the official charts of pure single sales.

Love turn it up/sadiddy/noddin off.  It's so hard to say what should have been the first single because this wasn't a single album IMO. I don't think she had a real radio hit on this particular album.
