Travis Scott and the organisers of the Astroworld event that left eight people dead have been sued by an injured concertgoer who branded it a "predictable and preventable tragedy."

Lawyers for Manuel Souza filed a petition in Harris County District Court suing Scott, event organiser ScoreMore and concert giant Live Nation over the Friday night incident, according to Billboard.

Just because people ain't rich or have 10 bands stacked away for a funeral don't mean they can't enjoy life's special moments like concerts, theater, tours, sports events, vacationing, etc. This is the equivalent of "Why do you have a designer bag but have a food stamo card?" You don't know if that shit was gifted or discounted at Marshalls or purchased at better times. You don't know what the fuck is going on. Him going to that concert don't have shit to do with the family not affording a funeral.

No mother is saving up money to bury her own children, and whether she had savings or not is besides the point.
Her child died at the hands of someone else's reckless, she deserves financial compensation for that, at the VERY least.

Does she work? Is she disabled? Was her son the breadwinner in the family?

If someone is responsible for killing your child and you wanna go after them that's fine.
