Very remy ma of her
Big pick-me energy

como la whore

yeah this man was extremely disturbed. probably grew up to believe that men should be "tough" and to bury all his feelings and emotions and he didn't know to properly deal with them.

very sad.

right.

it's pretty obvious he had some issues

black hetero men need to be checked on too.
and no, me saying that is not me "feeling sorry" for this man, or "excusing what he did".
sdsdsdsdsds

but this story is def a good reminder for me to check in on my black hetero loved ones just as much as i make an effort to check on the ladies .

mental health and its challenges ...very real thing to be taken seriously

An occasional "hope all is well with you, just checking in " isn't gonna prevent someone from murdering imho. Murderers are ticking time bombs.

obviously your definition of "checking in" seems to be a random, cheesy text which will usually prompt an equally cheesy and useless response....

as opposed to noticing signs of someone in crisis and actually reaching out and taking action in some way.

not quite what i'm talking about.

i noticed someone who i know that is older post on facebook that they were in need of encouragement...but something about the post seemed very scattered to me. like they weren't composed as they were typing it.

so instead of commenting "thoughts and prayers <3" or liking the post with a hug emoji, i actually called to speak with them soon as i saw it ...and just as i suspected, they were breaking down crying....overwhelmed with all the responsibility they have right now taking care of their immediate family ...when they're older themselves with issues of their own

i talked them through what was clearly a moment of crisis and since then, i have hired help to come clean for them once a month. i just want them to feel as if someone's supporting them in some way ....clearly their issue was feeling as if they look out for everyone else while no one looks out for them.

she wasn't a hetero man but i think u get the point

that's what i mean by checking in and taking action

Some of the girls love to attack for no reason so they always dissect literal meanings.

Afro, but this is an extremely severe case of mental illness. I just don't think we can compare this to someone who is suffering from depression.

well im not in the position to diagnose, so i won't say whose case is worse , or draw conclusions on the level of severity...

but i can say this man mentioned depression before entering that house - which is a form of mental illness.

especially without having full details of who these people are and what they've experienced.

but i can say this man mentioned depression before entering that house - which is a form of mental illness.

Mental illness plea right before documenting himself about to commit a crime? Convenient  :watchit:
