late quee CREATED that narrative for herself. the gors (aside from tamar) did nothing but try to understand her. i think she never got over not signing with the braxtons and i think she resented the other girls for moving forward but it wasn't their fault she got pregnant. i honestly think she would have been ok if they had turned the deal down and waited on traci to have her son. but that's not fair at all. or realistic.

i stopped calling my bvy sis "the baby of the family" and all that mess for that very reason.
i show her a lot of tough love these days when she needs it, and telling her "no" a lot more often .

there were definitely moments where they lowkey talked down to & patronized her. Specifically in the earlier seasons. I was watching the reunion Wendy hosted and they acted like she was retarded even though each and everyone of them is a bit touched

God rest her soul, but traci was NO saint. she was the 2nd most insufferable behind tamar during the show imo. and im sure she didn't just start acting that way when the cameras started filming.

Oph's take:

TRACI had resentment towards her sisters for moving forward in their music careers while she was pregnant. it was still blatant all those years later on the show. she ostracized and victimized herself because thats the role she settled into. that was the way she was best able to bet attention from the family. but even family grows tired of that shit after a while. like how many times do we ha ve to tell you we are not against you? ugh!

but at the end of the day, all reports are saying that they healed before she passed and THAT i am happy for. losing a sibling is hard enough, but if she had passed with them bein in bad terms... thats a different kinda pain

As others have said, there had to be other factors into why she acted out and was treated that way. What i find very interesting, is she (Traci) was the only one that encourage Toni to take the solo deal when the label did not wanna sign them as a group. Her words "No Need for all of us to be sitting here broke". Definitely more to the story from my viewpoint.....
