this is a matter of timing too.

there's a question of when changes may have been made .

Yes he's showing a schedule but when was that schedule printed?

Her accusation is that he gave promoters an ultimatum - one that they seemingly gave into . Not that he was unsuccessful in his attempts .

These "receipts" are almost insulting .

Show me dated documentation  if we're going the "exhibit a" route with you trying to prove you were the person originally slated to headline .

She may be telling the truth she may not be. They BOTH may have been promised something different. She did say the promoter was a mess...

But this is the game I don't like. You go out here, accuse him of all this non-sense and now the responsibility is on him to prove her wrong by showing his contract which should be/is extremely personal?

Why didn't she post her contract and just end it before it began?

AND you know DL likely got paid more than she did, so him showing his contract will only fuel her fire. It's a losing battle.

I spoke to soon. DL posted his contract. He was the headliner and noted as the highest paid comedian for the show. Will Mo acknowledge that she was wrong? Likely not.

What makes it worse is that the contract says he gets final say on the lineup, so he could have took her off the show altogether :omf:
