He did have a contract.  For some reason, the promoters met his demands instead of hers. 

DL probably assumed she was lying because he had his own paperwork stating differently.  Why would he not?  Once he said, "Take this up with promoters  ," it's clear he doesn't know wtf is going on either with Pookie nem Productions just booking people willy-milly to random contracts.      The fact that she hasn't taking any beef with them is very telling.  They haven't said anything either.  He even said she could have come to talk to me before the show.  She did not.  She was mad about the jokes that he didn't even air on his show years ago.

Can we really say whats a solid "open and shut case" without actually reviewing her contract in full to ensure there was no language used to relieve promoters of responsibility for any last minute changes would could include a line up ?

I'm no lawyer like you but I think it would be best practice to actually know what's on the contract word-for-word before saying "u have a case , go get em gor"

So she went on a rant about not being the contractually agreed-upon headliner when there is language in the contract stating, "... or we can switch it up lol"?

She absolutely doesn't have a leg to stand on if she signed something that says that.

Either they breached the contract (which she alleged they did) or they didn't.  If they did, there is whole legal system that will get her justice.
