was
certified platinum by RIAA
thank you and good night
Something can be certified platinum, but that doesn't mean that there still isn't a preference of what people prefer 'fas to be singing about.

XO was able to scrap up a platinum cert at #42 on the charts, whereas Drunk In Love comfortably went 3x platinum and shot to #2, almost giving her another #1 hit.

Rihanna's Russian Roulette went TWO times platinum, my love.
But once she threw the dramatics to the side and starting feeling on dick with Rude Boy, she got herself a #1 single and 5x platinum certification.

So throwing out an RIAA cert really means nothing in a discussion regarding clear preference of artistry from black females in the industry. The evidence of preference is undeniably clear.

The whites seem to love us when we're cooning out and rolling our necks, or being slutty. It's when 'fas shoots up the charts, when she's singing about riding a surfbort in a tub. But they told her to keep her XO's.

We've already been over this and you were TOSSED around.

:sittingontopoftheworld:
nnnnnn

been over what? the stats? cuz here they are.

Surfbort - 2
XO - 45

DriL is better than that song. end of.

'mar was acting a fool in that Hot Sug' mess and it didnt blow up.. why bby?  :ohwow:

True, but by the way that she performs it, you can tell she wanted it to be a Firework type hit and it fckin should've been. The world is just racist

I don't think she cares
she performs Run The World the same way even though it flopped
and Why Don't You Love Me did nothing

but yea pop songs by YT ppl sell more

Scott.

All these songs sound different that the song she released as a single. She really is trying to branch out

No one said it flopped. Did I say that?
I said DIL went to #2, whereas XO never cracked Top 40.
The Top 40 gorls said no thanks. But welcomed her slutty behavior with open arms!

Herb.

And XO definitely deserved to be a Top 40 hit for her. Without question. So that alone shows you, not even 'fas is exempt. She may have slithered it in a lot easier during that wave when a lot of black people were ruling the Top 40, but she has to really come at different angles these days.

white ppl are devils
it all pretty much falls in line with how white men have viewed our women since the days of slavery. sexually overt, slutty women who want to be sexed up and need to be tamed. excuses they made up in their sick minds that made them feel better about raping them. a lot of this mess still exists today in a cute modern package
