I'm sure it's been platinum but the label didn't wanna pay for the certification. Especially since Brandy isn't on Atlantic anymore.

If you look at the details under "Type" it says "Digital." This is just digital certifications, not overall. Her cousin just confirmed the same in the IG comments of one of her fan pages.

Since Bran left Atlantic I think Ryan is struggling getting them to update everything. At least this got updated for its digital certification.  So many Starz be on him and Sonja about the certifications, but don't realize that only the labels can reach out to RIAA to audit & even then as in this case they'll only update the digital.

so how can they get an accurate amount? thats not really fair to only update digital.
