well he won Best Original song at the Oscars so at least it was on his talent. His Tony was for Jesus Christ Superstar as a producer but he did also star in that musical and get nominated for his acting

Given everything Jen has had to overcome I'd def say she's more than deserving and a true winner - not only in terms of EGOT but in life

Nah, for me, being an "EGOT!" should have a different criteria. Yea give The producer a Grammy for producing a song. But calling someone the coveted EGOT! because they directed something and it won an Emmy? Nah. Did you win it for your acting role or nah
