Also starring Kathryn Hunter ("The Tragedy of Macbeth" and "Poor Things"), the horror-thriller, co-directed by Robert Eggers' brothers Max and Sam Eggers, tells the story of a pregnant couple who is forced to take in their estranged stepmother. !!! I really think that would inspire her. Music doesn't appear to provide her the same joy she once had. I support what her true desires are and if that means pressing pause on the music I support. I just want her happy, healthy and whole. She deserves that.

I think the music industry and fan culture can be overwhelming/demanding hence the silence via social media, the lack of promotion for the holiday album, etc.


Brandy seems to be the most fulfilled when she's working on set and gets to do music in between.

Yeah I can def see how this is the next chapter of her life and I'm ok with that. Even the spaced out music drops will make more sense if she was always visibly seen doing major films. Shit that might even attract better music deals & success for her too

I think this movie is going to have Talk to Me success & hype, the movie they bought last year, but it's going to get interesting since:

1.) Brandy doesn't want to be seen
2.) Brandy doesn't understand that social media and the internet as a whole is important so the very limited promo she is for sure going to ask the studio to do rarely makes it to her socials & her shop website.

Still no date?They are releasing I Saw the TV Glow in May, which is also a horror.I doubt they would release them around the same time.

I think this movie is going to have Talk to Me success & hype, the movie they bought last year, but it's going to get interesting since:

Hopefully the studio makes a requirement of Brandy to connect with a new publicist and also seek and hire a social media manager.

If she's going to elevate her career as an actress, which it seems like she is doing, she is going to have to hire a new people on her team.
