but i def believe the whole thing about the grammys being extra generous with them to make sure they show up for the show

especially considering how they made up that random ass award for jay, the night he dragged them for points

When he said "association", he was referring to the SCAMmy's nominating/giving Jay/Bey almost every award under the sun just so they can be perched in front room. Both of them among some of the biggest names in music history. Basically, it's a popularity contest with the SCAMmmys.
