I'm sorry but Brandy is so corny to me atp. Why does she CLING onto moments and ride them WELL after the wheels have fallen off. Anything she gets positive attention from becomes her whole entire being. She performed that whitney tribute at the BET awards and it became a mainstay in her set list for YEARS

She did Broadway and roxie and we had to deal with her adding Broadway bullshit to her aesthetic for a long ass time. Now she performed the sitting on top of the world shit at the grammys and now she's in floor length trench coats and mess. She's so fckn infuriating

This is exact reason why we always get the Mahalia Jackson version of ADC because of the response she got at that hairshow way back when.

It's no so much that I hate what she's doing. It simply doesn't match her celebrity at this stage. Everything should feel elevated. I don't think Frank or her have good art directing skills, and that's okay.

like come ON. she was EVERYTHING during this era. Who ever said no one wants to hear PID is crazy. when PId came out it was the first time i actually heard a current bran song in the club that i could actually dance too.  it was soo fun to hear bran over the speakers with the BASS of PID hittin and everyone singing along.


 she also performs better with FEMALE dancers. i dont wanna see bran up there dancing with no more niggas giving young MA teas bring Ai and Ashley back asap.
