It's super invasive to imply all the things you all are implying. When Brandy is ready to share her story fully  and be open then that's her prerogative. I'm not certain if some the comments made were in jest or sincerity, but I really don't think it's fair to sit on board devoted to celebrating her and her talent, to make shortsighted statements even if they are made in jest.

This isn't an easy industry and Brandy is stronger than some of us think. She's had to learn a lot in real time and in the public eye, but I really think it's disheartening to create a thread that adds insult to injury.

Is Brandy perfect? Not what I'm implying. Has she given us music and moments in pop culture that have significant meaning for us all? Absolutely and that's what counts.

I really wish y'all would stop disrespecting black women especially a woman who has given so much and been vulnerable in many ways and yet continues to persist.

She is lazy with her music career. There's no reason she won't tour. She could have a whole tour solo

She is too much of a perfectionist with music that It prevents her from completing projects.

I don't think Brandy is lazy.

I think it may be burnout and analysis paralysis but definitely not laziness.

She is very strong and also very sensitive.

She just needs to find a rhythm that works for her instead of just going through the motions.

I would really love her to do an album full of spiritual chants and subliminals.
