I think a lot of people WANT there to be angst between these two. It takes a minute to heal. They hadn't talked since IATBM when they did Verzuz and when they did Verzuz, the wounds were still fresh. Four years later, the wounds are healed. Things take time and none of us know EVERYTHING that transpired between them.

Despite what ppl think, I do believe Bran and Mons were actually friends at some point.

"IABTM" is where everything went to shit and I blame Mons for it.

There was NO need to ever confirm that there was an actual physical altercation. You can tell in their group interviews that Bran was completely turned off from that point on
