And actually jlo has the better brand.  Jlo is known as an actress, as a business woman, a performer, a fashionista, etc.

JLO has done it all but has never been considered as one of the best singers. Like Mariah, Whitney, Celine.
No one ever thought her acting roles were oscar worthy. Like a Cathy Bates, or Meryl Streep.
Her dance routines aren't copied and epic like Janet, or Michel, or even Beyonce.

Mariah was never jealous or pressed over J.Lo. She just doesn't respect J.Lo because of how she got to where she's at now and she's nothing more than a user. Ever since she walked into Sony's offices asking for outlandish expensive demands and the nerve of this bitch to tell Tommy Mottola not to give her a raw deal like girl you can't sing, you're a new artist get in line and follow suit. Plus Mariah and Tommy was on bad terms ever since she did the Fantasy remix. It got worse when Mariah recorded Butterfly. By the time Rainbow came out their professional relationship was finto.    J.Lo had Puff callin' the shots on her first two albums. 1)She was dating him at the time and 2)Puff was a music mogul Nobody's going against Puff he was a force then he's still a force now (ie Chante Moore). That's why Mariah doesn't "use" her , she didn't work to get to where she's at. She basically got handed everything. She didn't put in the work like Mariah did.

As far as J.Lo the brand, her other business ventures haven't been that successful. Her restaurants were closed down, nobody has wore J.Lo clothing line since the early 00s, her highest grossing movie is Maid in Manhattan, every other movie been only moderately successful or a box office flop. She doesn't generate crowds to her movies.
