And what worries me most is..can she even win this case?

If you signed the contract with Chameleon Im sure there's a clause in there that says she'll fall under the label and rules of Breyon and what not regardless of the label theyre currently on. Hence the RCA dropping and now them going under Epic.
If she signed something that agreed to that, how can she win?

Shes honestly gonna have to create a movement; an under the radar kinda mess.
This is is gonna be tough musically in the in between time.

OK so reading over this for a third time, it would appear as if she has already terminated her contract with Chameleon and is suing them for financial losses, as well as POSSIBLY beating them to the punch before they sue her for terminating the contract. That's what I think is happening. I think this is really just to cover her ass as she moves forward because we know she's been recording and releasing music and plan to continue to do so. The rumors about her signing with epic sprouted a year or so or go so this isn't new to her, or her plans.

Do contracts use to block artists to release a song by themself? I mean, is the current label the total owner of her voice and future songs?

I think there is owning artists and then owning music right
Usually there are exsclusivity clauses but i dont think the contract was air tight

Wtf are u even talking about? She was signed to a major label. It's no different than when Aaliyah was with Blackground or Rih is with the roc but they have parent labels. She's already out of this contract are u guys reading or just TALKING
