My friend and I had a discussion about that.
She is giving Rihanna on "Don't Hurt Yourself".

In what possible way though? It's not the vocal styling, it's not the lyrics (when has Rihanna ever been THAT aggressive with words), couldnt be the genre

like, the song dabbles in the screamo rock genre. Wouldn't it make sense that she'd first be inspired by the artists who actually release that type of music, and not Rihanna, who don't write shit and develops her sound off the demo artist that was originally on the song? Some of y'all are LOST
