Dondria's voice is just cuter and brighter. It all comes down to preference.
She has technique. She's also younger than Monica and is still growing.

Monica is more experienced and her voice is weightier.

I couldnt even hear monica "putting a twist" on B&P. Im sorry but she's in the same vein vocally as a K.Michelle, Keyshia Cole, etc. Those are her counterparts. She has the best voice of the 3 but that's definitely the company she's in. She's no great singer to me,  sorry

Do you not get that Monic sis her own artist? She's not gonna sing it LIKE Jazmine because Jazmine took it to where only Jazmine could.
You give that song to Monic and she would body it. In HER way.
Stop trying to imagine her doing what Jaz did to the song because she's not Jazmine. She's Monica.

That's why I'm saying there's a difference. Dondria could definitely sing it probably closer to the way Jazmine did over Monica. Moreso because of vocal similarities.

But what Dondria needs to do is find HERSELF and the way she would approach a song would be totally different.
Hopefully she's starting to find herself and developing her own look and sound.
