No, it's not because everyone doesn't do it for the same reasons. Many do it to make their hair more manageable and softer.

There are a lot of people who claim to bleach their skin to even their skin tone. Or to even their skin from some sort of condition.

This is why I say if people are gonna bash one, bash both.

You can make your skin even without going down a few shades like Sootzelia has... there are cremes and peels that are not as strong to even skin tone. She obviously wanted to be lighter and should just own it instead of deflecting. All I'm getting is "Yea, I bleached but you guys did ___ and ___ so you guys don't like being black too" just dumb

Spot treating uneven areas that have suffered from hyperpigmentation =/= Slathering a tub of bleach mess all over your body.
and there are better alternatives that wont potentially cause cancer like Chemical peels, laser treatments, etc
