I consider my "best friend" my soulmate actually.

Thats weird. We do that too. :ohwow:

Yea?
We don't even consider ourselves friends anymore.
More like family.
:dead:

But she is my soulmate. And I'm hers.
It's crazy, cause no matter what goes on in our lives, we always stay focused cause we have each other. That built-in support.
aw yes!!! i totally believe in having more than one soulmate, and i definitely believe that it doesn't necessarily have to
EVER be intimate. Not at all, actually

You can have a soulmate in friendship, soulmate in love, soulmate in business/creativity, etc. IMO.

Do yall associate time knowing someone with having a meaningful friendship? Im always on the fence.
Absolutely NOT

someone can show you what true friendship and support looks like in a really short amount of time. Time spent can sometimes be indicative of proximity and conveniency  :dead: :dead:  doesn't mean much to me

For me, when i can stop counting the years or even thinking about it, that's a great sign.

hell no

people ive known for a few months have become some of my closest friends and some ive known for years  i feel like we'll NEVER connect the way i have with others

but i also think being young, you go through a stage where you outgrow a lot of folks

people i used to be so close with when i was 18-19-20-21, im like, "wtf was WRONG with me" now

:kii:

!!! Some of the most meaningful friendships I've made were very spur of the moment and it felt like I knew them forever  :plzstop:

Brandfag have 'known' each other for almsot 2 years now

and we've connected on a level I've only attained with literally a couple of people

Yeah,

interesting because I lost one of my "best friends" of 15 years who I relocated here for and went through this really dark phase. Then I met 3 ppl who I call best friends now shortly after and I was like " :uhh:" what was I thinking  :dead:

I'm gonna be honest, I suck at keeping up with friends. People really catch feelings easily if you miss a call or don't text back.
honestly, those aren't real friends. friends being annoyed with that is one thing, but flat out getting PISSED and wanting to never communicate again because my text wasn't as prompt as usual?  :uhh: thats a mess

How bout asking me about my day or checking in on me in general instead of just assuming im ignoring you or some shit? Friends need to be understanding and always give each other the benefit of the doubt. If our friendship is fragile to the point where a missed text or call is all it takes for it to fall apart, then u can kindly fuck off for life and I'll be just fine

Iman made me think of something.
You know you have a GOOD friend, when you can go 2-3 weeks without talking much due to just regular life stuff, and when u talk again, it's like you two were kii-ing just last night.

sssddddddddddddddddd

That's how I am!!!  I'm not really a "talk on the phone everyday" kind of fag, at least not anymore at this point in my life. And my college friends know that n respect it. But when we do talk or we all reunite, we just pick up right where we left the fuck OFF. :dead:

I fucking LOVE that. It's just a mutual understanding.
:plzstop:

The ones who act weird, "where you been?"  :uhh:
I don't mess with them that often.
Annoying as fuck.
