That's not true. Many men get uncontrollable erections that have nothing to do with sexual thoughts. Some guys get hard when they have to urinate.

That's NASTY! and I honestly wouldn't tell the difference either way. All I see is erection = thinking about sex or seeing something that turned him on. Breastfeeding isn't the same way. That woman is just feeding a child. If a guy feels like it's sexual and gets offended then that says more about HIM, not her.
