It's not necessarily about taking risks anyways, is your shit referenced or not. Bran'd first four albums are all monumental blue print works for the generations of musicians to come.

Flush ain't got records like that, except Krustfessions

MJ only has one album that's constantly referenced, and that's Thriller. Does that mean Brandy is more iconic than Mj? :dead:

and Full Moon was not a risk musically
she got older, got pregnant and started singing adult themes
her and Rodney had had already created a sound on NSN and they just continued to move forward on FM, it's the best album ever but it's not risky. Its R&B
Boy now u sound completely stupid.  :dead:
This is my pass to say WHATEVER tf I wanna say about the mess she releases so I don't wanna hear SHIT! Baby mama is a mess of a song btw

People also reference Dangerous, Bad & Off The Wall, some albums are more referenced than others
Point is, they all have bodies of work that may not be as successful as Confessions but are more influential and innovative

That is a flat out lie.

Thriller, Off The Wall, Bad and Dangerous are all insanely influential albums.

All praised for their extremely different yet brilliant and still distinctly MJ-ish style.

He embodied the 80's with two earth shattering albums, marked the ultimate peak of New Jack Swing and his disco mess on OTW is still played in the clubs

All of that: being a sex symbol, having classics, being hugely successful, and a huge influence on the young male artists after him, and saying he's not an Icon is hating. The ONLY thing is that he never went completely left field musically but if it's not broke don't fix it. I think the word y'all are trying to say is INNOVATIVE, not Icon
Right, they don't even make sense. Frank Ocean is innovative I guess, but that  nigga ain't  a icon.

and that coco nut keeps saying Justin is innovative. Working with 1 producer singing over the same ass beat for three albums is innovative? :kii:.

Bad was critically panned and off the wall did well but it's not nearly as praised as Thriller. Thriller is the only real Mj album that gets talked about.

MJ really cranked four all time classics back to back to back. Ugh he shits on Princess 753 albums having self

Is your shit referenced aint just about albums. Michael has fashion references, dances references, musical, shit even his fckn HAIR! Someone can dress like Michael Jackson and not say a fckn WORD and we would know exactly who their imitating. Can someone dress as usher and be silent and u just guess who that person is emulating? Usher doesn't have a signature ANYTHING how the fck is  he an icon :plzstop:

They ALL get talked about
FM was critically panned but for most part it's a fan favourite and higly respected and referenced by her peers and vets
No one is looking at MJ reviews and seeing what got 3/5 stars  they just know MJ had 4 classic, innovative infulentiel groundbreaking albums which ALL still get talked about, played, referenced and are infulential

NOPE. lmao
Everyone constantly praises Off The Wall
and even his earlier works are highly influential
and are covered by other artists across genres and all over the world
...what drug are you on?
