Well idk the PoC I've met in London (granted mostly male and gay) all love black reality shows and black led TV shows. They know the Tamar's, Teyana's and Joseline's of the world. All into R&B culture etc.

Don't know if regular straight white Brexit voting Brits go up for that mess.

our generation is pretty well connected and tuned in to the same shit for the most part

It's mostly linguistic and behavioral markers of class than race for me. I come from a working class immigrant family, my nature is pretty hood and inner city but I'm moving into liberal elite bubble media circles and I really notice how I have to switch it up. They are so bougie even with music taste.

I agree with Malc on the working class thing though, maybe it's more of a class thing than a race thing
I'm from a working class immigrant family myself, and I live in the most diverse borough in the city, but the neighbourhood I live in is predominately black
Even the under 30's non black people here talk the same and move the same, use the same slang ect
black culture has made a huge impact around the world, but it seems like it's more "safe" and acceptable for whites to "act black" than blacks themselves
white people can be vocal or loud, belligerent, dominant ect but the repercussions are rarely ever the same for a black people
