Why are all the girls posted in here Rih clones?

Nnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn wait! You kinda have a point.

It's unconditional, these days you know....

whatever

Black girls

I think Bahja Rodriguez has a chance. Her ep's are decent.

I think black women need more catchy music. They also need to stop being regulated to urban radio when they only play rap or Beyonc? or Rihanna for their female quota.

They need to go straight to top 40 like the white girls.

LOONA.

I think the rise of social media has really lowered the chances of any new "megastars" or whatever. It seems like things just go viral and then quickly dissipate. This makes it so much harder for new artists to breakthrough and stick around these days.

But Tinashe will definitely blow up whether y'all like it or not hehe.

Tinashe will never have a hit as big as 2 On. And if she sold 18k then and have yet to put out another big hit, she's quite done. She'll be back to indie in no time.

I think in order for a black girl to blow up ala Bey and Rih, they have to be doing some kinda pop, crossover music. And they have to have a pretty big following and a hit making machine behind them. Out of all the new girls out now, Normani is the only 1 I can really see going solo in a year or two, releasing a multi format song like Work From Home and smash.
