The most common times these neglected artists are offered the chance to make a name for themselves is when they step out and behave in a completely different manner than the other artists that share their semblance. Meanwhile, tens and tons of white actors who look and behave similar (and are essentially in the same lane) get just as many opportunities as their counterparts.
