the gunky buildup in your mouth is disgusting. It's been sitting there overnight

that's different from particles that may enter your mouth through the day

Before and after. I'm sorry. I can't eat or function without brushing my teeth first thing when I wake up. And I can't leave out for work with milk, cheese, etc on my tongue and in my teeth. I do a basic brush when I get up and then floss, mouthwash, etc after I eat if I'm going out for the day.
