What do you eat before you workout?

1 Scoop of Whey Protein
1 Scoop of Nitraflex
Creatine
and a Apple or some type of fruit.

sometimes nothing at all. Its usually around 8am so im not hungry at all tbh.

Just some fruit and some water to hydrate myself.

I usually eat right before I leave work (7:00) around 5:30 and I get home by 7:25 so I'm not hungry. I still grab something light to fuel my body.
