How do you handle rude store/business employees?

This black girl with a nappy blonde wig just tried me! It was in a check cashing place actually ( far from home where my bank is) and she wouldn't cash a check I had even though I've been there multiple times. I held myself with such class and just walked over to the next window where the other cashier cashed it with no problem. This bitch told the other girl " tell him I said sorry"  :omgwatshappening:

I said out loud so everyone could hear me" I do NOT accept your apology and I will be contacting your manager"

I wanted to snatch her ass from behind the counter.

EXActly what you did keep it moving. Let that person be miserable by themselves. And if it's the overall vibe of the establishment I'm not spending a cent there.

One day i went to belks to get something and I forgot my credit card that my parents added me on.  she didn't want to let me use bc i didn't have the physical card. Belks policy is that you can use your drivers license if you don't have the card. I overheard the black bitch saying i was trying to steal. I walked right up and went off

I called my lawyer immediately and belks contacted me a week later informing me that the employee had been terminated.  They added a 1000 dollar credit to my acct.

No lie, I really went off this McDonald's employee just a few days ago and that's not even in my character. But everytime I go to that particular McDonald's, it's always a problem. I've waited 10 minutes to get my order taken, found bugs in my damn food, and the last time, the bitch was so busy playing and shit that she wasn't listening to a damn word I said. Making me late to get back to work off my lunch break.

Depends on how rude they are. I politely respond with sass if they randomly snap at me so that usually does the trick. I'll only call customer service/management if they try going back and forth with me, I don't have time to sit on the phone nor would I allow an angry employee to take that time out of my day..
