Ciara's music needs more depth and she needs a better team. I know Jazze didnt always let her have her way, which was a good thing. Ciara branched out alone too early. She never developed a proper ear for a hit imo.

Honestly, the fact that Future executive produced her self-titled album was one of the best decisions she's made. That was her best commercially-focused product since Goodies People always talk about how they don't skip one track on that album. And of course the success of Body Party exemplified this smart decision.

She'll hopefully approach C7 with a similar strategy

A lot of the issue with Ci is the single selection. She has great songs on every album but they're always either missing that one thing, or a song is just perfect but the label (or Ci) refuses to release it.
