Can you tell me about check-in/check-out?  Like do you meet the host at the house and get the keys?  And does the host contact you at all during the stay?  Do they pop up?

Are there rules they have beyond the usual that would be at a hotel?

they want their money and leave you be..
They are use to any and everything so I wouldn?t be pressed about how many guest I have with me either..
They aren?t watching you..
Just leave it clean and mess when u leave so they can rate u well..
Bad ratings make it hard for u to get nice ones ...

I did one in Anaheim because there we like 10 of us going to Disneyland with a large group it makes a ton of sense and it?s cheaper than getting 3-4 hotel rooms or more

I was soooo against Air bnb at first until I saw how it?s truly ran

The prices for hotels during weekend 1 of Coachella are absolutely insane!  We're staying in Palm Springs for 4 nights before we head to LA.  And it's already $400+/night at most hotels during Coachella Weekend 1 & 2. 

We might as well just do an AirBNB mess, because IMO, it'll be worth the money.  And the price is not too far off from the hotel.  A lot of these properties are so beautiful.

I was SUPER against the idea but since my coin wasn?t on the line for that particular family trip, I went along with it and came away super impressed. Definitely doing it again
