It?s not sleep paralysis it?s demon harassment

It was one of the scariest feelings ever. It usually happens when I leave the TV on while I?m sleeping and I?m having a whole dream about what?s on. It?s like I?m trying to get up but something is holding me down like a strong force. I just use all the strength in me and wake up. Drink some water then roll over and go back to sleep.

I thought I never experienced this until the other day.

Usually, when I'm dreaming I'm aware that it's a dream but in this particular dream I felt like I was watching myself experience sleep paralysis. In alot of my dreams whenever I feel a sense of danger I try to yell out but no sounds come out. I did a bit of Google and sleep paralysis keeps coming out. I don't remember seeing demons and being trapped in a bed unable to move though.   

Are you sure it wasnt a lucid dream? I have those every now and then. I am learning to control what happens in dreams because I can tell when I m dreaming or not

I love dream conversations!! Years ago as a kid I had a dream about going to some random shopping mall (idk what was so significant about this mall n this dream, but it always stuck with me). I think it was my junior year of college, and I drove by this random mall that was IDENTICAL to the one in that dream.  I never felt chills like that in my LIFE. it was one of the trippiest experiences of my life.

I regret every single day for not just going in it. Next time I'm in SoFlo, I'm just gonna try and find it.

But to better answer your question ,yea I've gone through that. I sometimes find myself questioning if i experienced something in a dream (on multiple occasions) or did that actually happen. It's SO trippy. It used to scare me, but now I find it so interesting.

That's it ! You can't scream for help, your voice is GONE, can't move or anything. You feel the presence of "something" (for me just like the picture, on my chest) and it's very scary LOL
Sometimes you see things also ....

I heard a voice in my ear speaking another language one and I don?t think it was a language from this world. Also, I saw a glittery blue fairy creature.
