The only thing that scares me about aging is that my mom is also getting older. The thought of losing her is my worst fear.

I know it will eventually happen, but it really scares me.

I had a dream once that she passed and I felt so lost. I've never felt that way before, and I never want to feel it again.

When I woke up my pillow was soaked. I had been crying so hard in the dream that I was actually crying in my sleep.

I had to call off work. That dream had me so fucked up that whole day.

Aging doesn't scare me or concern me at all. What I care about  most is that I age, continuing to also develop positive inner qualities as well. Wisdom coming with age is not always true because there are several people in this world 40 and above who act like children.
